DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 8, 2001
1The Board is in receipt of a letter dated May 24, 2001 from employer counsel in this matter seeking that the Board issue a decision incorporating a Memorandum of Agreement executed by the company and Messrs. Jacques Ohannessian and Sam Dagher.
2It appears that this letter and Memorandum have been forwarded to union counsel.
3Should the union wish to make any submissions in relation to the employer’s request it is directed to do so in the normal fashion within three weeks of the date of this decision.
4If any such submissions are filed the employer will have two weeks from receipt of same to reply.
5The Board will review the matter once again after these submissions have been filed or the time for doing so has passed.
