1This is an application to terminate bargaining rights under section 63 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
2A Certificate of Delivery has been filed indicating that the application was sent by facsimile transmission to the responding party and the employer on August 24, 2001. No responses have been received by the Board.
3The applicant requests that the Board not order the holding a representation vote in this application at this time as it has filed a similar application in the federal jurisdiction. The Board cannot determine at this time whether it has jurisdiction in this application.
4Having regard to the circumstances, this application is held in abeyance until the applicant advises that it be processed and the Board has considered the circumstances.
