Board File 0563-01-OH is an application pursuant to section 50 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Board File 0734-01-U is an application pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, as amended (“the Act”) alleging a violation of section 74 of the Act.
In both applications, the responding party, OPSEU has written to the Board and stated that the copy of the application that was received is not fully legible.
The Board directs that the application to serve both applications again with the responding parties and to ensure that the copies provided are legible. The applicant is directed to serve the applications by June 15, 2001. The responding parties will have until June 29, 2001 to file their respective responses.
