2The Board’s Order that the Director pay the following out of the monies held in trust by the Director with respect to this matter:

• to the employee, Mr. McDonald $844.41. The Board notes that Mr. McDonald has requested that those monies be paid to 1340433 Ontario Limited;

• to the employer, the remainder of wages held in trust;

• to the Government of Ontario Consolidated Revenue Fund the administrative fee of $141.97.
