The Board, by decision in this matter dated December 1, 2000 adjourned this application concerning a work assignment under section 99 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1, as amended (the “Act”) sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Counsel has now advised the Board that the parties have entered into minutes of settlement and filed a copy of those minutes with Board.
Having regard to the minutes of settlement executed by the parties in this proceeding and pursuant to section 99(2) of the Act, this application is withdrawn by leave of the Board.
