1Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby adjourns these matters sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time a party requests that the Board proceed with these matters, they will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
2Counsel for Markham Hydro Distribution Inc., Markham Energy Corporation and Markham District Energy Inc. has advised the Board that his clients do not agree that it is appropriate for Board File No. 1864-01-R to be listed for hearing together with Board File Nos. 3324-99-R and 3534-99-R. The issue of which files are to be listed for hearing together will be determined by the Board following a request that these matters be relisted for hearing.
