1By Notice of Hearing dated June 7, 2001, the Board scheduled this matter for hearing on August 1, 2001.
2By letter dated, July 24, 2001, the respondent made the following request:
Please accept this letter as a request to have our upcoming hearing postponed, as I have just been informed that one of the persons scheduled to attend the hearing on August 1, 2001, is unavoidably able [sic] to do so.
3By letter dated July 25, 2001, the applicant opposed the adjournment request.
4The respondent has failed to indicate who is unable to attend the hearing, why the attendance of that person is required, and the reason for the inability to attend. In all the circumstances, the adjournment request is denied.
