DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 14, 2001

1. The Board is in receipt of a request for reconsideration dated December 5, 2001 from counsel for the applicant in which he requests that the Board grant the applicant’s request to extend the time to review the decision dated August 8, 2001 of Ms. Ally, Employment Standards Officer.

2. The Board is perplexed by this request given that it has, by decision in this matter dated November 9, 2001, already granted the applicant’s request for an extension of the deadline for filing an application for review of the Employment Standards Officer’s decision. It appears from the applicant’s material filed in support of its request for reconsideration that the applicant has misunderstood the Board’s decision in this matter dated November 30, 2001. In that decision, the Board referred to the responding party, Silkline Designs Inc.’s request for reconsideration of the Board’s decision of November 9, 2001, which request was not filed on the proper form and was not copied to the applicant.

3. As the Board has already granted the relief requested by the applicant in its request for reconsideration, the applicant’s request for reconsideration is hereby dismissed.
