DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 7, 2001
1. This is an employer application filed pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act (the “Act”) requesting review of an Order to Pay No. 60880 dated January 29, 2001.
2. The Board understands the applicant does not wish to pursue this matter. If no request is received from the applicant to pursue this matter by June 22, 2001 this matter will be deemed to be terminated without further notice to any of the parties.
DISPOSITION
4. The Board hereby orders that the monies held in trust by the Director be disbursed pursuant to the Order to Pay No. 60880 as soon as practicable after June 22, 2001 unless an objection is delivered to the Registrar on or before June 22, 2001.
