DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 15, 2001
By decision dated May 8, 2001, the Board directed the applicant to file representations regarding its status as a trade union on or before May 11, 2001. By correspondence dated May 11, 2001, the applicant requested that the present certification application be held in abeyance pending the Board’s decision regarding the applicant’s status as a trade union in Board File No. 3109-00-R so that the parties may make submissions with the benefit of the Board’s decision in that matter.
Having regard to this request, the Board hereby extends the deadline for filing the applicant’s submissions in response to the Board’s direction of May 8, 2001 to five (5) days after the date of the Board’s decision on this issue in Board File No. 3109-00-R.
