1These are applications for certification filed pursuant to the construction industry provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). The applications were filed on June 19, 1999.
2Upon agreement of the parties the following hearing dates are hereby cancelled: September 5, 6 and 7, 2001.
3The parties requested further hearing dates. The following dates were offered to the parties and were agreed to: January 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 29, 30; February 1, 11, 12, 13; April 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10, 2002.
4In order to avoid any misunderstanding, all of the hearing dates currently scheduled for these matters are set out as follows: September 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, October 16, 17 and 18, 2001, January 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, 18, 29, 30, February 1, 11, 12, 13, April 3, 4, 8, 9 and 10, 2002.
