The Board, by decision dated June 11, 2001 in Board File No. 3611-00-R granted the application and noted in paragraph 7 of that decision that the applicants should advise the Board within five days whether there is any reason for the Board to consider the application in Board File No. 0410-00-R, failing which it will be deemed terminated.
