DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 1, 2001
The Board has received two letters from the responding party in this matter. They do not appear to have been sent to the applicants as the Board’s Rules of Procedure require. They will be sent to the applicants attached to this decision.
The Board directs the applicants to respond to the assertions contained in the letters. Absent any other considerations, it seems to the Board that the appropriate resolution of this complaint is to dismiss the application without prejudice to the applicant’s right to file a similar complaint after January 2002.
The Board directs the applicants to respond to the submissions of the responding party on or before October 24, 2001.
