Decision
The parties have entered into Minutes of Settlement in all three applications. Pursuant to these Minutes, the application for reconsideration in Board File No. 3080-94-G is withdrawn and the other two applications being Board File No. 0667-00-R and 0668-00-G are withdrawn in their entirety. The parties have acknowledged that the Minutes are a settlement of these applications within the meaning of section 97(7) and are enforceable as such at any time.
