DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 11, 2001
1These are continuing matters most recently heard before me on September 5 and 6, 2001.
2At the hearing, counsel for the applicant advised the Board that a witness, Mr. Albert Ferreira, who was summonsed to attend, was not in attendance.
3The matters are scheduled to continue on February 4, 19, and April 12, 2002, commencing at 9:30 a.m. in the "Board Room", 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
4Mr. Albert Ferreira is hereby directed to attend to give evidence at the hearing scheduled for February 4, 2002 and to remain in attendance until no longer required. Mr. Ferreira is advised that failure to attend on that date or to remain in attendance may result in an order than an arrest warrant be issued or that he be punished in the same way as for contempt of that Court.
5The applicant is directed to ensure that a copy of this decision is personally served on Mr. Ferreira within 14 days of the date of this decision and that the certificate of service of same is forwarded to the Registrar.
