1This is an application to terminate bargaining rights in the construction industry.
2By decision dated May 23, 2001, the Board requested submissions from the applicant in respect of a position taken by the responding party as to the bargaining unit description. No submissions have been received.
3The bargaining unit description is hereby amended to read:
all working foremen, journeymen and apprentice cement masons and waterproofers engaged in the industrial, commercial and institutional sector of the construction industry in the Province of Ontario.
