DECISION OF THE BOARD; November 6, 2001
1By decision dated November 5, 2001, the Board directed that a representation vote be held in the above applications for certification on November 7, 2001.
2Two Notices of Vote and of Hearing were posted at the workplace, one for each application for certification. Nevertheless, as the Board directed on November 5, 2001, only one vote is to be held on November 7, 2001. There will be a single ballot. Choices on the ballot are in the following order: CAW Canada, SEIU Local 183 and “no union”.
3The responding party is directed to immediately post copies of this decision adjacent to each of the posted copies of the Notices of Vote and of Hearing. These copies must remain posted for 30 days.
