Decision

1. The Board is in receipt of submissions in two of these files. The Board is also in receipt of an application under section 43 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 ('the Act') which is scheduled to be heard on May 2, 2001.

2. Having regard to the circumstances, the Registrar is directed to list Board File numbers 1184-00-U and 3343-00-U for hearing on May 2, 2001 with the section 43 application.

3. The panel scheduled to hear these matters can then determine any issues including amended pleadings and order of proceeding.
