1This is an application pursuant to section 68 of the Employment Standards Act as amended by the Economic Development and Workplace Democracy Ltd. 1998, S.O. 1998, c.8. The workplace parties have entered into Minutes of Settlement. Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement and the release executed by the employee, I hereby order:
(i) that the wages paid to the "Director in trust" in relation to this matter be disbursed as follows:
to be paid to the Employer $ 4,000.00
to be paid to the Employee $ 6,000.00
(ii) to be returned to the Employer
$ 1,000.00
total amount held by the Director $ 11,000.00
2Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement and release, this matter is hereby terminated in accordance with subsection 69.1(5) of the Act.
