DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 19, 2000
This is an application under the Public Sector Labour Relations Transition Act, 1997. This matter is scheduled for consultation on January 10, 2001.
In its decision dated December 8, 2000, the Board (differently constituted) directed the applicant to deliver and file its submissions to the responding parties and to the Board by no later than five days following the Board’s decision. The Board also directed the responding parties to deliver and file their materials to the applicant and to the Board by no later than ten days from the date of the Board’s decision.
The Board has been advised that due to an illness, the parties were unable to deliver their respective materials in accordance with the Board’s direction and have consented to an extension to the time limits imposed by the Board.
Having regard to the consent of the parties, the Board hereby directs the applicant to deliver and file its materials by no later than December 22, 2000. The responding parties are directed to deliver and file their materials by no later than January 8, 2001.
This panel of the Board is not seized with this matter.
