The parties have entered into a Memorandum of Settlement dated July 24, 2000.
Having regard to that settlement the Board orders the holding of a representation vote on September 28, 2000 in accordance with the terms agreed to by the parties.
The notice agreed to by the parties shall be posted in the workplace on the terms agreed.
