1. The Board has received a request for reconsideration of its decision dated August 3, 2000, from the responding parties in Board File Nos. 0833-99-R and 0838-99-G.
2. The union is directed to file a response to that request within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of this decision. The responding parties in Board File Nos. 0833-99-R and 0838-99-G will then have a period of five (5) days thereafter to file any submissions in reply.
