On the same date as the Board issued its decision in this matter, the applicant faxed a letter to the Board asking that this application be "held" until the Regional Director of Employment Standards takes certain anticipated steps. This request was filed after the decision was released and therefore was not considered at that time. The Board sees no need to reconsider its decision in light of the applicant's letter. The Board has no jurisdiction to inquire into this application and it has been dismissed.
