Decision of the Board
The applicant has written to the Board alleging that the responding party failed to comply with the terms of the Minutes of Settlement which caused the Board to terminate this proceeding on August 8, 2000. Pursuant to section 69.1(8), this application shall be recommenced. If the responding party disputes that it has failed to comply with the Minutes of Settlement, it shall advise the Board and the applicant, in writing, of its position. If it does dispute this allegation, that will be the first issue to be dealt with at any hearing in this application.
