DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 31, 2000

1Colleen Spurrell, by an undated note received by the Board on September 6, 2000, requested a review of a decision by Caroline Burkes contained in a letter from Ms. Burkes dated August 1, 2000.

2The Board, by letter dated September 28, 2000, advised Ms. Spurrell that a proper application for review had to be filed on the correct forms and provided both the correct forms and other requisite information to enable a proper application to be filed. The letter went on to indicate that the proper application had to be filed within 10 working days of that letter and if it was not filed within that time, the application for review may be terminated.

3The Board, as of the date of this decision, has not received any further material from Ms. Spurrell. Under these circumstances, there is no proper application before the Board.

Disposition

4Having regard to the time limit set by the Registrar in his letter to Colleen Spurrell dated September 28, 2000 and Ms. Spurrell’s failure to file a proper application for review, this proceeding is terminated.
