1This is an application filed pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”) alleging a violation of section 74.
2It appears that the applicant may have served a copy of the application on the union and the employer without at the same time providing them with copies of the supporting documentation filed along with the application (which included a letter dated October 24, 2000 from the applicant to the Registrar as well as copies of a number of other documents).
3The application form contains little or no information about the nature of the complaint. The Board will not process this matter any further until the applicant certifies that copies of all of the relevant documents filed with the Board have been delivered to the union and the employer.
