On the day scheduled for the continuation of the hearing of this referral of a grievance to the Board for determination under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1 as amended (the “Act”) the parties and the grievor executed minutes of settlement, which have been filed with the Board.
In accordance with the minutes of settlement filed, this referral and grievance are hereby withdrawn on agreement of the parties and the grievor.
