1Counsel for the applicant by letter dated February 21, 2000 advised the Board that all of the parties have agreed to the request of counsel for the intervenor that the hearing in this matter scheduled for March 8, 2000 be adjourned pending the resolution of the underlying jurisdictional dispute.
2Having regard to the parties’ consent to the adjournment of the hearing, this matter is adjourned sine die. Unless a party requests that the Board proceed with the matter within one year from the date of this decision, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
