DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 20, 2000
Board File No. 0321-00-M is a sector determination. A decision dated May 3, 2000 was issued dealing with certain procedural issues, including notice to affected parties. Further to that decision a list of affected parties was compiled and the applicant delivered material to those entities as directed by the Board’s decision.
By letter dated July 11, 2000 counsel for the IBEW-CCO requests copies of any correspondence or documentation that may be filed in this matter. In addition, in a letter dated July 19, 2000, copied to the Board, counsel for the responding party has identified a number of additional affected parties.
A telephone conference call was held on July 20, 2000 with counsel for the applicant and for the responding party. At that time the parties agreed that notice should be provided to these additional entities and that an extension of time should be granted to all affected parties in order to respond. Having regard to that agreement;
(i) the applicant is hereby directed to deliver to counsel for the IBEW-CCO and to those entities listed in responding party counsel’s letter of July 19, 2000 the same material listed in paragraph 2(ii) of the Board’s decision of May 3, 2000 by no later than Monday, July 24, 2000;
(ii) any affected party that wishes to participate in the sector determination is to comply with the directions contained in the Board’s decision dated May 3, 2000 with the exception that the deadline for filing any response is hereby extended to Friday, August 4, 2000.
- All other directions and hearing dates as set out in the Board’s May 3, 2000 decision continue in effect.
