DECISION; March 27, 2000
1. This is an employer appeal from an Order to Pay issued for unpaid wages, in the amount of $1,295.94.
2. At the time and place set for hearing in this matter, no one appeared on behalf of the applicant employer. I waited the customary 30 minutes, but no one arrived on behalf of the employer. I am satisifed that notice of hearing was sent to the applicant. At 10:10 a.m., I dismissed the application as abandoned.
DISPOSITION
3. The Director, Employment Standards, shall disburse the money being held in trust, and any interest thereon, to Mr. Nor as soon as practical.
