1The Board is in receipt of a letter dated October 19, 2000 from the Ontario Nurses’ Association (“ONA”) objecting to a vote being ordered in this application. The Board has dealt with that matter in its decision dated October 19, 2000 directing the vote.
2In the alternative, ONA requests that it be placed on the ballot in this application in respect of the registered nurses. That request is denied. A number of outstanding issues will be dealt with after the holding of the vote.
