DECISION OF THE BOARD; February 21, 2000
The Board has determined that the notice under section 8.1 given by the responding party in this matter may be relevant. The applicant is directed, within fifteen days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays on which the Board is not open) of the date of this decision, to file with the Board and deliver to the responding party a list of the employees on the responding party’s list who it claims are not properly included in the bargaining unit. If the applicant fails to do so by that date, the list submitted by the responding party will be deemed to be accurate and this application will be dismissed pursuant to paragraph 7 of subsection 8.1 (5).
