Decision
1The Board is in receipt of a letter dated October 27, 2000 which is a purported appeal of a decision of an employment standards officer’s decision to issue an Order to Pay.
2By letter dated November 24, 2000 the Registrar advised the applicant that the application was not filed on the correct form. Further there does not appear to be the required payment. The applicant was further advised that in order to have the application processed by the Board it would have to be filed within 10 working days of the date of the Registrar’s letter. That letter further advised that failure to file the completed from within the allotted time may result in the termination of the application.
3The applicant has not responded to the Registrar’s correspondence and has not filed an application in the prescribed form.
4This matter is hereby terminated.
