DECISION OF THE BOARD; January 10, 2000
1. This matter was scheduled for hearing on January 7, 2000. No one appeared at the hearing on behalf of the responding parties. Accordingly, having regard to the applicant’s request the hearing of this matter is hereby adjourned to January 27, 2000 commencing at 9:30 a.m. at the Board’s offices located at 505 University Ave., 2nd floor, Toronto, Ontario.
2. Pursuant to the Board’s powers under section 111 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, the responding parties are hereby ordered to produce to counsel for the applicant, no later than January 20, 2000, the returns required by Schedules “C” through “O” of Appendix 11 of the Collective Agreement between Ontario Pipe Trades Council and Mechanical Contractors Association of Ontario from and including the month of July, 1999 to the present stating the amount of remittances owing and payroll records of the responding parties from and including July, 1999 to the present.
