DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 20, 2000
1The applicant has advised the Board and the responding party (the “employer”) that it will be seeking a Board order that Urban terminate its current employees. The employer has indicated that such employees are entitled to notice of these proceedings.
2The union is hereby directed to deliver to Urban and file with the Board, no later than Wednesday, October 25, 2000, any submissions it wishes to make with respect to the issue of whether Urban’s employees are entitled to notice of the Board’s proceedings in respect of these matters.
