1. This is an application under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act,
R.S.O. 1990, c.E.-14 (the "Act") for a review of an Order to Pay issued January 20, 1998 against Paradise Casino Consultants Inc.
2. Counsel for the appellant, Paradise Casino Consultants Inc. informed the Board by letter dated August 17, 2000 that it had received instructions to withdraw the above appeal.
3. Leave to withdraw the appeal is granted. This matter is
therefore terminated.
