DECISION OF THE BOARD
It has come to the Board’s attention that the Board’s decision of January 4, 2000 contains an error. In order to rectify such error, paragraph 9 of the Board’s January 4, 2000 decision is hereby revoked and replaced with the following:
In view of the Board's findings in paragraph 8 above, the Board therefore:
(1) declares that Joe Montesano operating as East Park Interiors is bound by the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement;
(2) declares that Joe Montesano operating as East Park Interiors violated the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement; and
(3) orders Joe Montesano operating as East Park Interiors pay the applicant the amount of $354.20 in damages and $1,564.00 in costs forthwith.
