DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 11, 2000
The bargaining unit in paragraph 2 of the Board’s decision dated September 19, 2000 inadvertently omitted “Selinger Wood Ltd”. Paragraph 2 of that decision is hereby amended to read as follows:
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board further finds that:
all employees of Selinger Wood Ltd., save and except foremen, persons above the rank of foreman, office and sales staff, stationary engineers, one maintenance person, two lumber inspectors, one carpenter and students employed during the school vacation period,
constitute a unit of employees of the responding party appropriate for collective bargaining.
