By decision dated September 8, 2000 I directed the responding parties to file any representations with respect to the applicant’s request for reconsideration herein. To date only the Ministry of Labour has responded and it does not oppose the request.
In the circumstances, I hereby reconsider and revoke the decision dated July 18, 2000 dismissing this application for review as untimely. This matter is hereby referred to the Registrar for processing the application for review in the normal course.
