DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 29, 2000
This is a joint application for the Board's consent to the early termination of the collective agreement currently in operation between the parties herein. Notices of this application have been posted on the premises of the employer in conspicuous locations where they would most likely come to the attention of all employees who may be affected by this application. The notice indicates that any person having objection to the Board granting consent to the early termination of the collective agreement, should file such objection with the Board by August 24, 2000. As of the date hereof, no such objection has been filed. Accordingly, on the basis of the material before it, the Board hereby grants its consent to the early termination of the parties' collective agreement.
