DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 25, 2000
1. The applicant has referred a grievance concerning the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of a collective agreement to the Board for final and binding determination.
2. The parties have concluded Minutes of Settlement in the following terms:

The parties request that the Board issue the following orders and declarations as a consent order.
Emmer Drywall and Acoustics Ltd. is bound to the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective [Agreement] between the Carpenters’ Employer Bargaining Agency and The Carpenters’ District Council of Ontario, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America effective May 1, 1998 to April 30, 2001 (“the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement”).
Emmer Drywall and Acoustics Ltd. has violated the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement by failing to pay benefits dues, contributions and deductions for the months of July 1999 and April 2000.
Emmer Drywall and Acoustics Ltd. shall pay $467.00 in costs pursuant to article 9 of the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement forthwith.
Emmer Drywall and Acoustics Ltd. shall pay all outstanding benefits dues, contributions and deductions on or before May 27, 2000.

3. We make the declarations sought in paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Minutes of Settlement.
4. We order that Emmer Drywall & Acoustics Ltd. pay to the applicant the sum of $467.00.
5. We direct that Emmer Drywall & Acoustics Ltd. pay all outstanding benefits dues, contributions and deductions pursuant to the Carpenters’ Provincial Collective Agreement on or before May 27, 2000.
