1This is an application filed pursuant to section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”) alleging that the responding party has breached section 74 of the Act.
2The responding party alleges that the Board is without jurisdiction as the relationship of the responding party with the employer is governed by federal jurisdiction.
3The applicant is given until December 7, 2000 to file submissions with the Board and the responding party as to why the application should not be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. If no submissions are received from the applicant by December 7, 2000, this application shall be dismissed.
