Decision
On October 27, 2000 the applicant requested that the hearing set to commence on November 1, 2000 be adjourned, and that the Board hear arguments both on this file and on Board File No. 3292-99-R. Having considered the submissions of the parties as of this morning, the Board is of the view that it should proceed with the hearing, as scheduled, on November 1, 2000. The Board will only be dealing with this application at that time and will hear further arguments regarding the issue outlined in the decision of October 25, 2000. The parties do not have to come prepared to call any evidence on November 1 and 2, 2000.
