1A consultation was scheduled in this matter for Friday, November 3, 2000.
2When the applicant failed to appear at the appointed time, the Board, as is its normal practice in such circumstances, stood the matter down for half an hour in the event the applicant had been unavoidably delayed.
3However, when the consultation convened the applicant had still not appeared.
4The two parties present at the consultation moved that the application be dismissed in view of the applicant’s failure to appear. I indicated to them that I would do so.
5This application is hereby dismissed.
