This is an application for a direction that a first collective agreement be settled by arbitration pursuant to the provisions of section 43 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
Prior to the hearing scheduled for November 6, 2000 the Board was informed that the parties had signed Minutes of Settlement.
Pursuant to the Minutes of Settlement and pursuant to sections 43(2)(d) of the Act, the Board directs that a first collective agreement between the parties be settled by arbitration.
