DECISION OF THE BOARD
1This is an appeal under section 61(1) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (“OHSA”) appealing a decision made by an Occupational Health and Safety Inspector on October 17, 2000.
2This application was filed with the Board on November 17, 2000.
3Section 61(1) of the OHSA requires that an appeal be made within thirty (30) days of the decision. The appeal in this proceeding appears to have been made 31 days after the making of the order.
4As the application under section 61(1) is untimely, and there is no statutory provision permitting an Adjudicator from relieving against the time within which appeals must be launched, this application is hereby dismissed.
