The Registrar’s February 29, 2000 letter also stated in bold type: “Your application must be filed with the Board within 20 working days from the date of this letter. Failure to file the completed form within the allotted time may result in the termination of this application.” The Board has received no response to that letter nor has it received any other material from the applicant.
Disposition
- As the applicant has failed to file its application within the time prescribed, this application is terminated.
