1These are applications filed pursuant to the provisions of section 58(3) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, R.S.O. 1995, c.1, as amended (“the Act”) seeking early termination of two collective agreements, one for Office employees, the other for employees in the Grocery, Produce, Maintenance, Warehouse and other outside employees.
2There has been a proper posting of notices in respect of both applications. No submissions or objections have been received from any employees affected by the applications.
3The Board grants its consent to the early termination of the two collective agreements.
