DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 22, 2000
This is an application filed under section 69 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 ('the Act').
Pursuant to the decision of the Board (differently constituted) of November 28, 2000, a representation vote was held on December 7, 2000.
A majority of the unspoiled ballots cast in the representation vote were cast in favour of Ontario Pubic Service Employees Union (“OPSEU”). Accordingly, pursuant to the Board’s November 28, 2000 decision, we declare that the applicant will be bound to the collective agreement between OPSEU and Lake of the Woods Child Development Centre which expires March 31, 2000, with the bargaining unit described therein amended to include all employees of Kenora District Health Services Inc. save and except the executive secretary, psychologists, program managers and persons above the rank of program manger.
This matter is terminated.
