1This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
2By letter dated December 5, 2000 (copy attached), the responding party requests that the Board dismiss the application on the ground that the Board has no jurisdiction over the subject matter of the application since the labour relations between the union and the employer are federally regulated.
3The applicant is directed to file responding submissions within a period of ten (10) days from the date of this decision. If no responding submissions are received within that time frame, this application will be deemed to be dismissed.
